About Us
We are Brent and Stan. A few years back while living in San Francisco, CA, we grew tired of all those tidy Victorian row houses. Yearning for something a little more gritty and modern, we took the plunge and moved to Mexico.
With a Masters in Architecture behind him, Stan was itching for a residential project in Mexico. After working in Mexico City for a big name architect, we decided on a project in Mérida – to design and renovate the future culinary home of remixto (read more about it at remixto.com).
Now starting up his own design practice (which has yet to land a proper name), Stan is looking for the next exciting project to obsess about. In the meantime, he plays sous chef for Brent’s crazy food adventures.
